Our History
Carol Blair and Associates Inc. is a privately owned company, initially established in 1987 and disestablished in 1991 when the owner, Carol Blair, joined a major consulting firm. Carol Blair and Associates was re-established after 16 years with a major consulting firm to continue to provide management consulting services focusing on public/population health, continuing care, including community/home care and other community-based health and social services. Governance and general management consulting is also offered to a variety of not-for-profit, voluntary and municipal organizations. The company was incorporated in Alberta in March 2008.

Employees and associates are key assets to Carol Blair and Associates Inc., enabling the company to expand the depth and breadth of consulting projects that may be undertaken. Associates are experienced and highly qualified consultants who have previously worked with Carol Blair or who are known by Carol Blair as competent professionals with established and proven track records.
