Our Approach Explained

Consultation and Collaboration make up the foundation of our methodology. Through consultation and collaboration with our clients, relevant stakeholders and subject-matter experts we are able to engage all relevant parties to produce indepth solutions and strategies that encourage strong buy-in.

Assess Needs. During this phase a current state and preferred future gap analysis is conducted through environmental scans, literature reviews, stakeholder and informant interviews and trend analysis.

Develop Strategy. During this phase a strategy is developed with the support of relevant parties. The strategy identified key directions and describes evidence-informed approaches for pursuing specific policies and procedures. The strategy directly links evidence-informed approaches to concrete and implementable steps.

Develop Implementation Plan. The implementation plan explicitly outlines the timelines, targets and responsible parties for each of the directions outlined in the strategy. The implementation plan also includes evaluation criteria to determine the success of the implemented strategies.

Operationalize. This phase predominantly pertains to the management of the implementation as per the Implementation Plan. This phase may also include the creation and implementation of education materials and training of stakeholders and staff. Data is collected throughout this phase to inform the evaluation of the project.

Evaluate. During this phase the implementation of the strategy and the effectiveness of the directions are evaluated through the use of surveys, stakeholder and informant interviews and other evaluation methodologies.
